The Late Amir Sheikh Muhammed Bin Sabah

Sheikh Muhammed followed his predecessor’s policies closely. Throughout the duration of his reign which lasted for 30 years, Kuwait enjoyed internal stability and good relations to neighboring Arab countries. He refused to enter into an alliance with the British, unlike other Gulf Emirates.
