Information minister visits Kuwaiti pavilion at Expo 2008

ZARAGOZA, August 02 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Minister of Information Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah and EXPO Commisioner Emilio Fernandez-Castano y Diaz-Caneja both attended the grand opening of the Ministry`s website kuwait-info.com on Thursday.

The opening ceremony was held in the Kuwaiti exhibit pavilion for EXPO 2008 held in Zaragoza, Spain.

Kuwaiti Ambassador to Spain Adel Al-Ayyar also attended the event.

Director of Information Media in the ministry, Khaled Al-Razni in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) said that the website in the English language, gives visitors the opportunity to learn more about Kuwaiti issues, electronically through three sections.

The first section offers historical, political, cultural and economic information about Kuwait, whilst the second presents visitors with media-related audio and visual news from Kuwait TV, Kuwait radio and KUNA.
